The 6 Pillars of Fitness by Fit6 is a 50 Minute workout that takes the best aspects of training and puts them together into one energy, never boring, always challenging workout that delivers amazing results. There is nothing else like it! Here is how Fit6 is different. First, there are no gaps in your workout. Dynamic Workout
These are not your typical workouts. The workouts constantly change so that your body never gets used to the same routine.
With the Fit6 experience, you will find upper body, core, and lower body dynamic movements mixed into the workouts to maximize your results.

Short for Macronutrients, you will learn how critical these are to your success! Because there is no standard amount of macros a person should eat as It’s different from person to person and depends on your height, weight, activity level, age, your personal goals, we work to maximize your success in the program.

Thank you for bringing your fitness studio to North Scottsdale. As our bodies grow a little older and a bit weaker, we need to find a program the can help rebuild our muscles and help keep us stronger both physically and mentally. When we first started, we were exhausted and sore but in a very good way - we knew the classes we’re working. Kelly Burke is an amazing trainer - thoughtfully works with each client to maximize their potential and reach their goals. It’s only been 3 weeks but what an amazing difference in our overall health and fitness levels.The entire team at Fit6 has been fabulous. Keep it up - we will to!
