Our 6 Pillars of Fitness allow us to consistently focus on giving clients a Dynamic Workout with Mobility, High Intensity Interval Training, Power exercises, Core work, and Flexibility. Your goals become our goals. We developed the unique workouts to create a life-long client and focus on optimal health and longevity.

We have the ability to effectively train up to 10 people in a group.  We also offer private sessions or buddy training, if you prefer a smaller group.

No, we can tailor workouts and intensity to every body, at every fitness level. We will meet you where you are at in your ability to handle challenge, inspire you to push yourself, and get the results you desire!

We offer a variety of packages and flexibility options to fit your goals and needs. Our remarkable team can discuss these options with you to help you decide. You are in control of your schedule with our convenient app. Our recommendation is to book consistently. 

We offer different amounts of sessions for clients to book within a month. Flexibility is offered within that month.

As applicable, classes and membership packages are non-refundable.  No exceptions. We do not offer refunds on purchases for our services, beyond your statutory rights. Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a store credit will be issued for up to 30 days. No returns will be provided without a receipt.

Yes! We offer workouts to clients within a reasonable travel distance. Special rates apply. Please 

email info@myfit6.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
