WORKOUTS

Designed for any body, at any level, FIT6 brings a unique approach to fitness and services geared to getting results. Each 50-minute workout has a consistent pace, utilizing the 6 Pillars of Fitness. We offer these workouts in a small group setting or you can book a private training session with one of our remarkable certified trainers. FIT6 also offers athletic training for athletes and their teams.

Small Group Training

Our 50 minute, small group workouts are designed to effectively manage up to 10 people. Our certified, personal trainers follow the Fit6 training method every session, focusing on each participant’s form, function, and intensity.

Private Training

We encourage every client to schedule consultations with our team and establish fitness goals that are S.M.A.R.T. We want our goals to be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
