WORKOUT OPTIONS

Small Group Workouts

Our 50 minute, small group workouts are designed to effectively manage up to 10 people. Our certified, personal trainers follow the Fit6 training method every session, focusing on each participant’s form, function, and intensity. There are no gaps in this workout, as all 6 Pillars of Fitness are a priority: Dynamic Workout, Mobility, HIIT, Power, Core, and Flexibility. Inspiration can be magnified when you are surrounded by like-minded individuals, bringing out the best in each other. FIT6 is a community. Join us!

Private Training

Each 55 minute private training session focuses on your individual fitness goals with uninterrupted attention. Our certified trainers follow the Fit6 training method focused on the 6 Pillars of Fitness. Your results will be unlocked, as we guide you through a variety of exercises and workouts that are both challenging and unique. You will end your workouts feeling accomplished and inspired.

Athlete Training

Athletes can capitalize on our sport specific training to fine-tune their skills, strength, size, and endurance. We offer private, buddy, and team training classes. Our team is observant and attentive in setting goals and understanding opportunities for each athlete. We understand the “big picture” training needs for purposeful and intentional workouts, helping athletes achieve optimal levels. We recognize when to incorporate speed and agility, plyometrics, and concurrent training. Let us help you achieve your immense abilities.
